How do I book a PS5?
Pick your rental dates on the product page, choose your plan, and prepay online. That's it.
Is there a deposit?
No. You only pay for the days you book — nothing is blocked or held on your card.
Why do I need to verify with Aadhaar?
It's a one-time check that keeps the platform safe for everyone. It happens after booking, before we dispatch.
How does verification work?
After you book, we will contact you for a quick Aadhaar verification. It takes about a minute to complete.
Is the console tested before delivery?
Yes. Every unit is checked and cleaned before it leaves us, so it's ready to plug in and play.
What if the console gets damaged?
Significant damage or missing items will be charged based on repair or replacement cost.
